A recent case study reveals that the healthcare workers that have come from abroad are lacking the Practical, Ethical and Social & Cultural Training; hence they are facing challenges to adapt and carry out responsibilities related to their roles in the Healthcare sector, which subsequently affected the provision of care services. To solve this issue, the UK Healthcare Industry must emphasize the need of British Cultural & Social Awareness Training along with other mandatory training for those wanting to excel in the Care Industry. This ensures that the Care service users are being cared for at the best possible standard.
