MAC HEALTHCARE & TRAINING PRESENTS ‘HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE’ JOB FAIR
We are bringing together both care providers/employers and care candidates/employees to address the significant vacancies in health and social care. The Health and Social Care sector has faced various challenges with recruitment and retention. The Skills for Care State of Care Report 2023 found that there are up to 152,000 vacant posts that need to be filled.
Our challenge is to assist job seekers in returning to employment and to support overseas recruits (Health and Social Care workers) who have sadly been displaced and exploited since coming to the UK.
To address this issue, we at ‘MAC Healthcare and Training’ have partnered with the London Care Support Forum and People Care Services to host this unique event aimed at mitigating some aspects of the crisis.
Please attend this event where there will be speakers, a legal & compliance team, and support for all parties, with open on-the-spot interviews on the day.
This is a first-of-its-kind event where candidates can leave with an interview and job offer. (Both CV and interview support will be available on the day.)
